Emily’s practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation and medical cost containment claims. She handles matters from initial analysis and discovery through trial and appeal, and has successfully argued before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission as well as the Virginia Court of Appeals.
Originally from Northern Virginia, Emily spent her undergraduate years in North Carolina and settled in Richmond after law school. She is a member of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court as well as the Virginia and Richmond Bar Associations.
