Established in 1987, Midkiff, Muncie, & Ross. P.C. is a mid-sized law firm with five offices throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Liability Insurance Defense Attorney
We have an opening in our Northern Virginia office for a well-credentialed trial attorney. The candidate should possess four or more years of litigation experience, preferably in liability insurance defense. Admission to the VA and MD bars required; DC bar is a plus. Associate Attorney

Liability Paralegal
We are seeking candidates for a liability paralegal position in our Richmond  office. Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience with state, federal and appellate court cases. Responsibilities include preparing routine or complex legal documents; reviewing, organizing, and summarizing reports and other case material; and, hearing and/or trial preparation.
