Responsibilities include file organization, transcription, copying, filing, faxing, scanning, appointment scheduling, calendar maintenance and other duties as assigned. We are seeking a workers’ compensation paralegal in our Bristol office. Litigation experience required; individual will be responsible for assisting the lawyers with preparation of legal documents and some legal research activities. Qualifications include excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure on many projects in a high-stress environment while exhibiting patience and diplomacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as basic research skills necessary to pull requested documents from online resources, familiarity with legal technology and computer databases. TABS and Worldox experience a plus.
