MMR Announces Promotions Effective January 1, 2022

We are pleased to announce the following promotions:

Dennis Boyd Cook has been promoted to of counsel. Boyd practices in the firm’s Northern Virginia office, where he concentrates on civil litigation, including workers’ compensation and liability defense. He earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law and is licensed in both Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Brian C. Groesser has been promoted to director. Brian manages the firm’s Raleigh office and has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s workers’ compensation practice in North Carolina. Brian is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was named to the 2021 North Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Stars. He earned his J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law.
